Fast frame read-out with extremely low noise level, matches the requirements for low-contrast/high sensitivity imaging applications. The sensor is also well suited for high SNR applications using integrated digital frame accumulation techniques.

PID350 (Photon Identifying Device)

The PID350 (Photon Identifying Device) is an energy dispersive photon counting digital x-ray and gamma-ray imaging device consisting of Cd(Zn)Te pixilated detectors bump-bonded to AJAT’s custom designed photon counting ASIC. It is a unique technology platform, which demonstrates x/gamma-ray imaging capability with very good energy resolution from 30keV to more than 200keV. The sensitivity is exquisite (photon counting).

SNAP225 (Cd-Zn-Te-CMOS sensor)

The SNAP225 is a compact digital x-ray imaging device which provides the full benefit of a frame mode direct conversion x-ray sensor with asymmetric active area using Ajat's charge integration CMOS. This unique sensor combines three functionalities in one and is intended for integration into local 3D/CT systems. These functionalities are achieved utilizing AJAT’s reconstruction and image processing software available to OEMs as part of the sensor package.

Fast frame read-out with extremely low noise level, matches the requirements for low-contrast/high sensitivity applications and specifically this product is a unique solution for inspecting welds in heat exchangers, namely tube to tube-sheet welds.
